Death By Mushroom Is Out Now: Five Modes of Fungi Survival

Death By Mushroom is available now on the App Store, free to play. It is a fungi survival game built on trivia: identify mushrooms, manage poisoning risks, and learn the difference between the ones that heal and the ones that kill.

Story Mode wraps that in a narrative where correct answers keep you alive, with journal pages unlocking as you go. Quiz Mode strips the story out for rapid-fire rounds. Classic Mode is the original survival test — one wrong answer can be fatal, so symptoms have to be read carefully and antidotes spent at the right moment.

Two modes step away from the danger entirely. The Mushroom Sanctuary turns spores earned from trivia into rare fungi, peaceful biomes and a biodome you design yourself, and Glade Defense spends the same spores on elves holding goblins back from your mushrooms.
